All Sales are final. We only accept exchange if your purchase was damaged in transit, or your purchase was not as per your order requirement.
If you believe your purchase is faulty, you must first send us an email within 7 days of receiving your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage and we will assess it. If your purchase was found faulty through email, then you may return it to us and we will replace it for free.
If your purchase was not found to be faulty and you still believe your purchase is faulty, you may return back your purchase and we will re-assess it. Once FLIP FLOPS receives your returned faulty purchase, and only after assessment. If your claim was approved, we will send you a coupon code to be able to replace your item through www.flipflops.ae
FLIP FLOPS reserves the right to not accept a return if we believe the item has been worn or damaged through improper use.
Cancellation & replacements are not accepted at FLIP FLOPS as your purchase is customised and made especially for you. Please check your size to make sure it fits before making the purchase.
